The team talks to you only inside your complaint page (link after sending). Nobody from WED AI will call you from a personal number, and the person you complain about is never told who complained.

If you are not satisfied

You may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (gac.gov.in) within 30 days, or call the National Consumer Helpline 1915 for purchases. Police and government agencies: send orders by e-mail from an official address with the order attached.
