1. Acceptance & About WED AI
By using the WED AI website, apps, studio dashboard, or WED AI hardware device (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. WED AI is a proprietorship operated by Pradeep Kumar — an AI-powered ecosystem for wedding/event photography studios, including AI editing, album automation, CRM, camera sync, and guest photo/video tools.
2. Eligibility & Responsibilities
The Platform is intended for registered Users, their clients, and event attendees. Users hold sole responsibility for the accuracy of uploaded content and are strictly prohibited from uploading unlawful or harmful material. While covering events, Users are expected to respect general privacy norms; in specific cases where explicit legal consent is required, obtaining such clearance remains the exclusive responsibility of the User.
3. Coins & Payments
Premium AI features are accessed using "Coins" — an in-app virtual currency purchased through Coin Packs. Coins have no cash value outside the Platform and are non-transferable between accounts. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
4. Intellectual Property & Liability
All software, AI models, branding, and platform design are WED AI's property. Studio-uploaded photos/videos remain the property of the respective studio and their clients. The Platform is provided "as is" — WED AI is not liable for indirect losses from AI output quality, hardware downtime, or third-party delays.
